•Handles and prioritises the day to day sales activities to achieve sales and distribution targets as fixed by the Managing Director Elements Business
•Creates, develops and manages systematically and pro-actively effective business relationships with Key Accounts on a management level to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships with them
•Travels throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective Key Accounts to increase product awareness
•Trains, promotes and sells specific and new product applications and provides them with all product specifications
•Establishes and executes approved operational (objective customer platform) plan for his / her area & devises Account Plan for assigned customers
•Plans and implements local launching strategies regarding the promotion and sales on specific and new product applications and ensures that the customers are provided with all product specifications
•Participates in trade shows, fairs and Swarovski events. Plays an active role during briefings and debriefings of those fairs / trade shows together with Sales and Market Managers colleagues.
•In collaboration with Market Management, develops customized product and/or business solutions to support the growth potential, the strategic importance or the brand image of Key Accounts
•Gathers information on competitors’ activities and provides structured feedback to Market Management and the Elements Business Manager
•Reviews orders / credit control issues with customers, discusses and resolves specific problems with his / her customer base. Provides solutions for customers problems
