Implementing and managing the contractual requirements of the various Conditions of Service, Collective and Enterprise Agreements and clarifying their content as necessary.
Providing employee relations advice and recommendations across multiple jurisdictions where Flight Crew are based.
Ensuring employment statutory obligations are met.
Supporting Manager Flight Crew Employee Relations with industrial relations between the Company and the Flight Crew, including negotiations.
Provision of appropriate advice, support and guidance in the Discipline and Grievance process
Case Management of Tribunal /Arbitration / Legal activities as required.
Developing and amending FOP Flight crew Human Resources / Employee Relations policies in line with legislation and best practice.
Working with the Attendance Management team to ensure the effective and legally compliant management of short and long term absence
Acting as point of contact Outport Personnel teams in relation to advice on Pilot contractual requirements.
Representing the Company and FOP at standing and ad hoc meetings and committees.
Deputising for MFCER as required.
Liaising with Company operational and non-operational departments and recommending policy changes, adjustments, exceptions, waivers and development of policy and processes.
Working with all FOP sections and recommending process changes and adjustments to gain efficiencies and manage cost.
Assisting with the development of Company communications to Flight Crew on Employee Relations matters.
Providing ad hoc support and advice to the Service Delivery Team
