Wendy here again, from the iTunes Store. I hope that you are doing well and wanted to let you know that I received your email.

I completely understand that you do not want this item. However, as this purchase has already been received, you will need to pay for the order first, before I have the option to cancel it or look into a possible refund for you, as explained in my previous email. Until this order has been paid for, I am unable to assist you with it.
