That's a heavy summer schedule--ie, working on the weekends. But, it sounds like creating the year plan and budget is something best done free of distraction, and in consultation with others. Its great that your in the planner's seat as opposed to having others set the agenda! I agree that its a real art teaching older students, particularly in your area (which I've only done when I was a swim instructor many year ago and wasn't very good at, I'm afraid). I'm working on a few projects that need to be finished by the end of the month. Both involve writing, which is a day-to-day activity (ie, some days are more productive than others).
