In today maintaining our good health care is very important for us so, I will talk you about tips for a good healthy. We should eat vegetables and fruit because they are higher in fiber. We shouldn’t eat junk food or food in high sugar and food in high cholesterol. Next, we should drink 8-10 glasses of water each day and should drink tea often. Most important ,we should sleep at least 6-8 hours per day. We know exercise good for body so, we should move a body, relax or exercise at least 3-4 days per week and we should also check yearly the body. The good tips are make us good mood which caused a laugh and smile to everyone.
