Assist management in Performance Management
Assist management in identify and plan for human resource requirements to meet short and long-term business needs.
Monitor the preparation of supporting document and subsequent filing.
Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Statistics or related field
Direct Experience in Compensation and benefits at least 3 years.
