1. 1/2 cup Lime juice

4. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce

6. 1 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
7. 2 Chicken breast (peel off skin)
8. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
9. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
10. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
11. Bell pepper
12. Vegetables– Cos, celery, mint, shallot, parsley, carrots (optional)
13. Shallots, sliced almond (for garnish)
How to Cook Spicy Grilled Chicken Salad (Yum Gai Yang Pak Sod Ruam)
1. Make spicy salad by blending lime, fish sauce, chili, garlic and sugar in a blender.
2. Then mixed with roasted chili paste.
3. Pounded chicken breast and then marinated with sugar, soy sauce, oil and set aside at least half an hour.
4. Roast until done.
5. Roast bell pepper.
6. Cut vegetable to prepare.
7. Mix vegetable, grilled chicken, roasted chili and spicy dressing salad together.
8. Before serving, sprinkle with fried shallots and almonds.
