Sun - Sat : Run 16.00 - 17.00

Eating !!
Breakfast : flour such as bread eat 1/4.
Lunch : protein such as roasted pork no sticky rice, roasting chicken and mixed papaya salad.
Evening : eat apple, papaya, watermalon go to getter with yoghurt.
I thinks it's so good for we ^^
