Although at first glance the seeking
of happiness at work is likely to be perceived
as misplaced, it is a natural progression
in the humanization of work.
If we accept the notion that every
employee should be treated with dignity
and respect and is more than a liability
entry on the ledger, the question
becomes — why isn’t enhancing happiness
a normal part of all workplaces?
