Thank you very much for your presentation on June 20, 2013. I made the following comments from my observation so that the efficiency of the meeting may improve later.
1. The meeting lasts 180 minutes and there are totally 12 persons presenting in the meeting so a manager is supposed to talk for 10-20 minutes (more likely 10-15 minutes).
2. In order to fully achieve the information in each slide, the audience needs to spend 1-2 minutes reading the slide so please prepare at most 10 slides for each manager (excluding the one presenting the abbreviation of each department name).
3. The information should be easily readable, not only in terms of content but in terms of font size and length as well, so each slide should contain at most 15 lines of text.
4. Instead of showing the whole table, please pick only some important figures that greatly influence the work performance in each department. Since doing so will make the text in the table too small to read.
5. One does not need to explain the whole details of one’s monthly work progress. Only important actions that influence the overall performance are sufficient.
This is just the overall impression. Many of you did excellently on the presentations.
