What is health and fitness? before you begin your journey to read about the benefits of health and fitness, you must make an oath to yourself to maintain a healthy life style. This means in the form of eating or exercising. I have taken this path myself and it has always been a part of my daily life. I am someone that exercises everyday and tries to maintain healthy eating habits throughout my meals. i have noticed that it does work. it provides a lot of energy to your body and makes you feel refreshed. Health is not just about having a cold, or being sick, health also includes your body and nutrition. Nutrition comes from the food you eat, but your body cannot stay healthy without you putting it into action. Your body needs to be put to work or be exercised because you will just become lazy and your body will get used to that. Some people think that being fit and healthy is all about you being skinny. The truth is that it is not. There are some really skinny people that run literally a quarter mile and are worn out and cannot move by the end of it, but some people that are really fit and are triple their size that can run it way easier. This is just one of the examples.
