I know you’ll be providing us with a full brief if we sin the tender, but it would be really useful at this stage to know more or less which of our services you might need. As you know, we’re a full-service agency, which means we can offer you more or less anything you want.
Yes, absolutely. Well, there’ll be several elements. Firstly, we’ll be needing the services of your copywriting department.
Ok. For what kind of media?
We’re not 100% sure yet, but probably for all our collateral, as well as some print and online ads.
Fine, that won’t be a problem. We have a highly experienced copywriting team here, as you know.
Oh, yes. I was impressed with the work you recently did on that museum campaign actually.
Thanks we’re all extremely proud of that campaign, too. And it’s been very successful.

Erm, will you want us to actually design collateral for you, too? Work on layout, that kind of thing? You know we’ve got some of the best designers in the business here, so.
Yes, probably. Just some brochures and direct mail pieces at first. And possible some press adverts.

Anything for the web? TV? I’m not sure if you saw the recent TV ads we did for Union Direct, but they’ve been really well received. And the response has been great.

Yes, we’ll certainly need your help with that. We’ll be able to give you more details about our media budget once the tender process is complete.
