Offerings
The Chinese arrange their offerings in groups of five.
For example,the five meats served are pork, chicken, intestines, fish
and lobster or dried squid; the five desserts are sweet siopao, kanhomkhai,
fluffy rice flour cake, ghuy chai cake, khanomjan-ap; and five fruits are also served.
If a smaller offering is needed, food are grouped in three instead of five.
