Fee Structure - Manpower’s professional service fee for the recruitment of Candidates’ number:

will be only 2 month charged base on candidate’s monthly basic salary plus guaranteed allowances (Thai Baht).
Permanent Hiring - We, ITOH SEIKO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. understand that candidates referred to us under this agreement are referred in relation to permanent assignments.
Guarantee Period - The guarantee period for this placement will be 45 Days.
Guarantee Terms - Manpower offers a guarantee period from the date the candidate starts their employment with you. If a Manpower candidate leaves your company for any reason (other than redundancy) within the guarantee period specified in the “Guarantee Period” clause stated above, Manpower will undertake to replace that candidate provided the fee is paid within 15 days of the original invoice date. Only one replacement will be provided. If a suitable replacement is not found, Manpower will issue a 50% credit note to your company to be used against future permanent business. Please note that no action to replace candidates can be taken unless full settlement of the related invoice has been made.
Payment Terms - The invoice for services rendered will be raised on the day of the successful candidate’s commencement of employment with your company. The fee is payable within 15 days in order to enforce the guarantee period. Late payment charge will be incurred on invoices paid after dues dates calculated at 1.5% per month on due amount from due date until payment has been received.
Candidate Ownership - The introduction effected by Manpower to an employer is confidential and is not a referral to any third party, organisation or person associated with it. Should the employer introduce a candidate to any of the above-mentioned resulting in the employment of the candidate on a permanent basis within a 12-month period after the initial referral, the employer to whom the candidate was referred by Manpower shall, without limitation, pay Manpower the relevant agency fee.
Liability - Whilst Manpower endeavours to select candidates who are suitable for a client’s needs, it is recognised that a client has full responsibility for the final selection, recruitment and on-going supervision of any member of staff. Manpower, therefore, cannot accept or be held liable on behalf of ourselves, our servants or agents for any loss or damages, or other costs, irrespective of how they are caused, which a client may suffer or for which a client may become liable, arising out of, or in connection with, the introduction of the candidate to your company.
Hands Off - It is agreed that we will not offer any Manpower employee employment within our company or any associated company. This hands-off clause will be in force for the duration of this agreement as well as a period of twelve months following the termination of this agreement. Past this period, should we appoint a Manpower member of staff to a permanent position we agree to pay the appropriate fee as per the above schedule. Manpower does not make direct approaches to any employee working with client companies.
Change to Terms - No variation shall be made to these terms and conditions without the prior written consent of a Manager of Skillpower Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
This agreement is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of signature unless notified otherwise by Manpower. One month’s written notice of change of terms and conditions must be provided by Manpower.
