Muscle Cramp
1.Apply cream all over calf of the leg
2.Massage gastrocnemius by finger tips
3.Apply more cream on instepand thigh and gently massage until cream is absorbed.
4.Push 5 toes backward for 1 minute and straighten 5-10 times
5.Apply cream daily after shower in the morning and ecening
6.Patient should drink milk or yogurt daily
