KMUTNB Students and the 6th Champion of World RoboCup Rescue

“Students of King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) won the World RoboCup Rescue Championship for the sixth times in 2013.”
Since 1997, the RoboCup World championships have organized each year and many representatives of university students have been joining from all around the world. The best robot teams from all over the world are gathered to cope through different the challenges in. The contest currently has four major competition leagues: RoboCup Soccer, RoboCup@home, RoboCup Junior, and RoboCup Rescue.
KMUTNB team won six Championships in the World RoboCup Rescue in 2006 in Germany, 2007 in U.S.A., 2009 in Austria, 2010 in Singapore, 2011 in Turkey, and 2013 in Netherlands. The honorable awards and recognitions for KMUTNB students have proved to the competent university of technology-innovation concentration with international acceptance.
