When you register for Online Banking, we ask if you would like us to recognise your computer. This is a security measure to make sure it’s really you that is logging in.
If you then use a different computer from the one you've asked us to recognise, we will need to send a One Time Access Code by text message to make sure it’s you logging in. If you don’t have a mobile phone to receive text messages, we can send you a Temporary Security Number by post to enable you to login from that computer.
Remember, you can still login without needing a One Time Access Code using the computer you've asked us to recognise when you registered for Online Banking.
