Responsibility:
HR Support
Prepare HR monthly reports such as leave & absence report etc
Assist on recruitment process and coordinate in interviewing arrangements.
Manage and follow-up for completion on individual performance evaluation to be aligned with company’s guidelines.
Keep updated on personnel data on regular basis
Support in organising employee relations activities
Perform HR jobs as assigned
Other related projects as assigned.
Admin Support
Welcome/Receive visitors in office
Answer telephone calls, directing calls, and taking messages
Manage office facilities
Providing general office and management support
Alternately duty on Open office in assigned weekday mornings and Saturdays
Qualification:
Thai Nationality
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Adminstration, Politicle Science, Management, phycology or related fields
1-3 years experience in HR and/or Admin
Fluent in English both written and speaking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
