The Intrapreneur
The decade has seen a heightened acceptability of the role of the entrepreneurial manager in the corporation. Peters and Waterman refer to these individuals as champions, taken from Edward Schon’ s view that within a company “The new idea either finds a champion or it dies. In defining his duidelines for changing society PETER Drucker notes that “we need men who can build a new structure of entrepreneurship on the managerial foundations laid these last fifty years.”
