7.5.4 Customer property
BTA shall exercise care with customer property while it is under BTA’s control or being used the organization. BTA shall identify, verify, protect and safeguard customer property provided for use or incorporation into the product. If any customer property is lost, damaged or found to be unsuitable for use, this shall be reported to the customer and records maintained (see4.2.4).
BTA receives and controls customer supplied product with the same system as that used for supplier material. Where damaged material is identified through inventory review or other circumstances, the customers is notified and resolution effected.
NOTE: Customer property may include intellectual property e.g. information provide in confidence.
7.5.4.1 Customer-owned production tooling
Customer-owned tools and equipment shall be permanently marked so that the ownership of each item is visually apparent.
7.5.5 Preservation of product
BTA ensure that during internal processing and final delivery of product to the customers, the identification, packaging, storage, preservation and handling do not affect conformity with product requirements.
7.5.5.1 Storage and Inventory
BTA shall use designated storage areas and periodically assess the condition of product in stock to prevent damage or deterioration of product storage area of finished goods will be segregated by model, lot number.
Inventory shall be released in the FIFO manner by Inventory Management Section (IMSC). Obsolete product will be treated as nonconforming product.
7.6 Control of monitoring and measuring devices
BTA has established and maintain procedure for the Measuring devices control to ensure the measurements are carried in a manner that is consistent with the monitoring and measurement requirements. (see 7.2.1).

BTA shall establish processes to ensure that monitoring and measurement
a) be calibrated or verified at specified intervals, or prior to use, against measurement standards traceable to international or national measurement standards; where no such standards exist, the basis used for calibration or verification shall be recorded;
b) be adjusted or re-adjusted as necessary;
c) be identified to enable the calibration status to be determined;
d) be safeguarded from adjustments that would invalidate the measurement result;
