Job Scope & Responsibilities :
Responsibilities
VISA ADMINISTRATION
• Thai Employees
o Give advice to employees in business VISA application process and support in reviewing documents
o Coordinate with involved parties to ensure all DST documents are ready for business VISA application. E.g. Recommendation Letter, Travel insurrance, Travel documents, bank statement etc.
o Contact other oversea DST offices to request the invitation letter for VISA application
o Contact with embassy for all visa inquiries
o Contact other goverment sectors and coordinate with employee/ agency for other relevant documents needed for visa application / oversea travelling e.g. IOM, MOL
• Expatriate Employees
o Create business invitation letter for other oversea DST offices' employees who will travel to Thailand
o Prepare, collect and coordinate with involved parties to ensure all DST documents are ready for business VISA application such as Company statement, company registration, company profiles etc.
o Coordinate with agency to make sure their services are completed
o Record and remind Expatriate employees in Thailand to continue the VISA legitimacy and 90 day - notification
o Coordinate with expatriate employees in business VISA renewal and support in reviewing documents to ensure that all foreigner and their families have valid visa
o Review agency services charge and reimbursement receipts to ensure the correct amount
