At the London premiere of her new movie "Hunger Games: Catching Fire," the always down-to-earth Lawrence couldn't ignore the sight of an emotional fan.
First of all, you have to think about how often celebrities in her position see such a thing - boy bands like One Direction and The Wanted could sell branded Kleenex thanks to all of the fans they frequently move to tears.
And with Lawrence being the public face of a young adult franchise as popular and adored as "The Hunger Games," it makes sense that this wouldn't be the first crying kid she's come across at a fan event.
But the best part is that we'd never know it from the way the 23-year-old actress responded to the tearful moviegoer. While walking down the red carpet, Lawrence stepped aside to kneel down next to the young fan, as seen in a video that caught the moment.
