Adding to Chakra’s summary: we have reviewed all the Gaps in the log for which there was comments from the team; I have now updated the SharePoint version with our final comments (In the resolution column);
There seemed to be some confusion so I will re-iterate: All Gaps must be closed at the end of this phase (ending this week), but the ones which are not resolved are either becoming a CR, an issue or a risk in the next phase (nber identified in gap log).
So from next week you must refer to either the Issue log (I showed participants where it is), risk log or CR log.
Also not all CR’s have been submitted yet, some will only happen in the design phase (like Cycle count, pricing control etc…)
I wish you all a good WE (If you are bored you can read all the Uperform material!!), and I hope you are all looking forward to Monday as you will receive your SAP log on ID to be able to “play” in SAP !!
