Avago team is very upset with our pick up arrangement due to our driver did not show up. We arranged to pick them up at 8:00 A.M. and you found out at 8:30 A.M. that K. Pran did not look into his assignment and did not go. This is not acceptable when customer has their agenda planned and they supposed to have conf. call with their US team at 9:00 A.M. I would suggest that you brief all the drivers at the end of the day of what will be their assignment the next day as to avoid this problem. We need to improve our service here. Thank you.
