Noise Pollution
Noise pollution is disturbing or excessive noise that may harm the activity or balance of human or animal life. The source of most outdoor noise worldwide is mainly caused by machines and transportation systems, motor vehicles, aircrafts, and trains. Outdoor noise is summarized by the word environmental noise. Poor urban planning may give rise to noise pollution, since side-by-side industrial and residential buildings can result in noise pollution in the residential areas. Indoor noise is caused by machines, building activities, music performances, and especially in some workplaces. There is no great difference whether noise-induced hearing loss is brought about by outside (e.g. trains) or inside (e.g. music) noise. High noise levels can contribute to cardiovascular effects in humans, a rise in blood pressure, and an increase in stress and an increased incidence of coronary artery disease. In animals, noise can increase the risk of death by altering predator or prey detection and avoidance, interfere with reproduction and navigation, and contribute to permanent hearing loss. A few things I would like to learn about noise pollution, however, are:
1) Examples of noise pollution
2) Problem from noise pollution
3) How to solve problem from noise pollution

Noise pollution might emanate from commercial activities, domestic conditions, and street sounds that become disruptive. Pollution can exist inside a structure or extend outside, where it affects the public. Noise pollution commonly stems from machinery, construction activities, aircraft, and entertainment venues. For examples of noise pollution. Such as,industrial noise commonly comes from compressors stored outside buildings. Machinery sound can also permeate through walls lacking insulation, open doors, and windows. Domestic noise pollution frequently occurs where homes or apartments sit close together. In some residential complexes, neighbors might be disturbed by sounds from plumbing fixtures, footsteps, or air conditioning units. The everyday noise of vacuum cleaners, blenders, or other appliances may be audible through shared walls.
Noise pollution affects both health and behavior. Unwanted sound (noise) can damage psychological health. Noise pollution can cause annoyance and aggression, hypertension, high stress levels, tinnitus, hearing loss, sleep disturbances, and others The World Health Organization's Guidelines for Community Noise states that noise is an increasing public health problem. It is a problem that noise is barely acknowledged and addressed even less. The sounds emitted by airplanes, cars, buses, trucks, trains, televisions and radios are classified as Community Noise. Noise can have a detrimental effect on wild animals, increasing the risk of death by changing the delicate balance in predator or prey detection and avoidance, and interfering the use of the sounds in communication, especially in relation to reproduction and in navigation. Acoustic overexposure can lead to temporary or permanent loss of hearing. The report on the burden of diseases from noise stated by the WHO Europe shows that over 1 million healthy years of life are lost every year in the western countries of WHO European region, due to traffic-related noise.

Noise pollution cannot be solved. but it can be reduced with some simple ways. First, don't blast music on the radio or computer or speakers. Be considerate of your own ears and those of other around you. Second, Turn off the TV or radio when you aren't actually fully listening to it. Third, Plant trees and bushes around you house. They help keep the air clean, absorb sound, give privacy, and add nice design and looks for your house. Subsequently, Put fabric window coverings instead of plastic or wooden shades or blinds. Next, do not use car horns. Areas like hospitals and campuses are silence zones and honking is prohibited there. Also, motors, machines and vehicles also produce loud noises when not maintained properly. Proper maintenance should be carried out for better performance. finally, If you have a pet such as a dog, train your dog not to bark often.
In conclusion, I think I can not solve this problem to go away by itself. But we can all help each other make it less down. To health,to make our world more livable. Last,I think that I study about noise pollution. I can learn to how to reduce noise pollution, I think it's very knowledge and very useful.
