I am writing to find out why the above order has not arrived . I have tried phoning your Customer Services Department about this,but have been unable to talk to a real person . Sometimes the number is busy. Sometimes a recorded voice tells me to press several different keys. Then I have to listen to music, which is interrupted every 30 seconds by a voice saying, 'Thank you for waiting,we will be you shortly.' So far I have waited for up to 30 minutes before hanging up. This is very frustrating.
I did manage to get through to your Sales Department earlier.They told me the goods were shipped on Tuesday and should have reached me on Wednesday. Then they put me back to Customer Services where I was kept on hold again,until I had enough.
This morning,Wednesday,I received an invoice for the goods,informing me that my credit card was charged on Monday. But I have not received the goods.
Please let me know what has happened to my order.
