Change Merchant Order ID
When you confirm shipments, you can include your merchant order ID. You might want to do this if you use a different ID in your business processes. For example, you might have an automated invoicing system that tracks your orders using your own order ID.
To edit your merchant order ID:
Click the Orders tab, and then click Manage Orders.
The Search Results page appears.
From the Order List, select an Order Id. On the Orders detail page, click the Edit button.
The Edit the Merchant Order ID box opens.
Select the existing text (if any), and type the new information.
Your merchant order ID can be up to 50 alphanumeric characters.
Click the Save button .
The merchant order ID is changed.
You can also batch edit multiple merchant order IDs by:
Including the your merchant order ID when sending Order Acknowledgement Feed XML
Including the your merchant order ID when sending Order Fulfillment Feed XML
