Project Manager (E-Business Implementation and Deployment)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure successful delivery of projects leveraging project management fundamentals, PDCA, six sigma, including work planning, budgeting, scope containment and risk mitigation.
• Provide hands on project execution support and review including requirements definition, design, issue resolution, quality assurance and procedures documentation.
• Manage projects including status reporting and program management across multiple projects while providing management with transparency in tracking project costs and budgets on regular basis.
• Manage and participate in corporate development initiatives including portal integrations, fraud detection and customers experience platform.
• Coordinate with support team to identify opportunities to increase operating efficiencies and profitability as well as implementation of best practices and process improvements in key business areas.
• Meet/manage all client deadlines and have significance experience writing business requirements, contact reports and presentation decks
• Develop project estimates & project plans, as well as work with Account in developing SOWs and briefs
• Track and review weekly/monthly financial reconciliations with internal team as needed, partnering with other functions.
• Maintain relationships with outside vendors
• Follow through on all product tactical materials, including daily tracking of all jobs to coordinate the efficient flow of jobs throughout agency and evaluating all work prior to client submission
• Effectively lead internal meetings (e.g., POC, status meetings, etc.)
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, MIS or Engineer
• 3+ years in a Project Management leadership role with financial services experience.
• Experience with implementing business systems, reporting tools and applying advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Experience in operational design and change management including implementation of new policies and procedures, operating controls, system enhancements, software selection and implementation, data management and reporting design.
• Project management skills with high attention to detail, be able to translate the users ideas to solid business requirements.
• Strong problem solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop implement and document processes that improve the accuracy and timing of work products and business activities.
• Good command of spoken/written in English
