May I know when are you sending the forecast 2015 for me, can I have it by today?
Meanwhile, please don’t forget to let me know the following:
1. Existing customer : customer who become regular from 2013-2014
2. New customer and reactive 2014- customer who start from 2014
3. New Customer 2015: customer that we target to have on 2015.
• To set the goals for the forecast and the progressive plan in four quarter (please include the innovative products forecast and non-moving stock)
• To evaluate out the loss customer sales amount and also look into whether have chance to get them back
Overall we have to be fact and explore how to execute it to our forecasted target. So please do carefully on 1st quarter and subsequently we shall execute the rest of the quarters, but we need to have a target and direction to look forward for whole 2015.
