We used Danish trout since it is a freshwater fish and one that we could
get fresh. Six portions of 70 g minced Danish trout (Salmo trutta) were
mixed with 0 g (0%), 1.4 g (2%), 2.9 g (4%), 4.5 g (6%), 6.1 g (8%) and
7.8 g (10%) of peeled, minced small-cloved garlic.
