The business of electrical engineering is to, first, provide “clean” uninterrupted
electric power to all customers and, second, to design and
manufacture equipment that will operate with the actual power delivered.
As such, practically all of the electrical engineering literature
bears on power quality. A group of pertinent references is given at the
