The cahrtered institure of personnel and development (CIPD) is the world's largest Charted HR and development professional body that is internationally recognized with over 135,000 members. The CIPD suggests engagement " can be seen as a combination of commitment to the organisational and its values plus a willingness to help out colleagues (organisational citizenship). It goes beyond job satisfaction and is not simply motivation. Engagement is something the employee has to offer: it can not be "required" as part of the employment contract. As engaged employee may be not only be motivated and satisfied with one's work role as it would also involve in being committed to the organisation's goal. When an employee is satisfied with one's job role, committed to one's organization, and fees valued; would lead to an individual willing to engage.
