Deciding on clinical content to be adopted. Russian
and U.S. experts in the field of obstetrics/gynecology aided
the oblast leaders, head physicians, and a few members of
each facility team with the decision on new and updated
clinical content of the guideline by collecting evidence-based
literature on PIH. The literature review for evidence-based
content included both international and Russian resources on
PIH. International literature was translated into Russian so that
all involved in the decision-making process could review the
evidence-based content. The review of clinical content
incorporated several viewpoints because there is disagreement
among the international community on the best diagnosis
and management of PIH.
