This review process is performed by a specially trained certified
physician called a Medical Review Officer or "MRO." This individual
must be certified by a recognized, accredited, certifying agency.
The MRO determines if there are legitimate reasons for a positive test.

If there are legitimate reasons why the drug testing result is positive,
the MRO changes the result to a negative and reports out the negative
to your employer.
