Blogger - refer to blogs that are run by only 1 person (i.e. the blogger himself). This needs to be defined as there are some blogs that are run by an editorial team of bloggers (i.e. more than 1 blogger contributes to the site), and these group-run blogs are increasingly becoming media institutes. Also, many online publications also run a blog-like section where they invite guest bloggers/writers to contribute. in this case, they should still be regarded as media and not bloggers
