The old system is a paper-based and oral system that the dormitory owner manage severy thing by himself. For example, owner must check payment of each month and then inform customers. In the new system, we will use web application and database to store data of customers. And, owner can manage the dormitory on the application and customer will receive information, such as rental price from the owner by the application, so customer can pay bill online.
