Brand image and perceived public relation are
important variables that help consumers understand
process, recall and recognize information.
Consequently, the purpose of this study is to
investigate the effect of brand image and perceived
public relation activities on customer loyalty. We first
develop a conceptual model with supporting research
hypotheses. Next, we describe the research method.
Finally, the study findings are presented and the
managerial and research implications as well as limitations
are discussed.
