Customer Marketing Management
• Enabling the HFS team to plan and execute the Annual Operating Plan across Revenue, Profitability and Working Capital by providing the right business decisions through intelligent risk taking, integrative thinking and working together in a team environment to ensure collectively the team gets results.
• Identify and develop new ways to address unmet market segments, at the same time align with the channel & geographic expansion; drive new customer acquisition while lowering the cost to acquire/ cost to serve the different customer segments.
• Ensure expansion of Customer Base in each of the Product Lines and ensure Sales Revenue and Gross Margins for each Product Line.
• Developing tactical marketing that includes all aspects of product strategy & operational management, channel requirements analysis and competitive/ profit maximizing pricing tactics.
• Run the SIOP process through portfolio management and demand forecasting.
