The issue appears to be at your end, your production team are not downloading the files quick enough and they are expiring.
Can you please see the following comments from our vendor and speak to them about this. I know this has been flagged as an issue a few times throughout this process.
"I sent them a Modern Family episode, that they said they didn’t have, two days ago. They still haven’t downloaded it. Also, I sent them season 6 of Bones, which they finally downloaded. I sent them season 7 of Bones after that and in 10 days they only downloaded 1 of the 6 packages. Those have now expired. I don’t want to send them any more Bones until they at least download the Modern Family episode. Could you please try and speak to someone there and see if they can move quicker on the downloads, that would be much appreciated"
Please download the Modern Family episodes that you have received thus far. Perhaps it might work better for your team to provide a schedule of what they want to receive and when, as it seems like we are just causing a duplication of work for the guys in LA.
Please advise when Modern Family has been downloaded and how you wish to proceed going forward.
