- Estimate loss of Cargo
- Receiving application of claim and collecting documents of claim (Example Policy, Invoice, Delivery order etc.) from customers
- Make Claim’s reports of customers and send to Insurance
- Visit existing customers in the assigned area to maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers
