Trainings included multi-skill trai

Trainings included multi-skill training, communication skill training, leadership and
computer skills trainings. Currently, we do not have any transition assistance
programmes for employees who are either retiring or have retired. However, we will
address the same in the coming years to sustain the continued employability of
employees even after their retirement.
