To investigate antigenic differences between the developmental stages of พยาธิอะนิซาคิส ซิมเพล็ก, somatic, สารคัดหลั่ง and detergent solubilized surface antigen preparations of third- and fourth-stage ตัวอ่อนพยาธิอะนิซาคิส ซิมเพล็ก, and แอนติเจนชนิดโซมาติก preparation of adults, were characterized by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting using mouse immune serum containing antibodies against the two larval stages.
