(b) Provision for health and safety
Before appointing the CDM Coordinator or designers, the client must be reasonably satisfied that those individuals will supply and use sufficient resources, including time, to allow the project to be carried out in compliance with health and safety law.
(c) Health and safety plan
The client is required to ensure that the construction phase of the project does not start until an adequate health and safety plan is in place.
(d) Provision of information
The client is required to provide all relevant information to the CDM Coordinator before the commencement of the works. This information must contain all information which can reasonably be collected and which relates to the health and safety plan, or with the state or condition of the land or premises.
