FSC Country Coordinator - Thailand Post Date: 12-Jan-15
Reporting to :- VP Commercial

Location :- Bangkok Office, Soi Rangnam

Main Responsibilities:-

FSC Country Coordinator – Thailand will report to Financial Operations Manager in KL, Malaysia and will indirect report to VP Commercial – Thailand. FSC Country Coordinator-Thailand will be the center point of contract for all financial related matters between internal & external customer & Finance Services Center in Malaysia. This position is also accountable for the overall performance efficiency of payment to suppliers & communication between Thai and Malaysia.

Responsibility of this position are as follow :
Document Management – Internal & External & Outsourcing company
Employees expenses management system
Suppliers Queries with regard to payment related matters
Liaise with Banks on all banking related matters on behalf of FSC Malaysia
Distribute credit card statements to card holders in Bangkok and outside Bangkok, to send/scan softcopy
Co-ordinate collection/payments (cashier order and Fixer cheque) with messenger
Distributing fixer payment and retention form to fixer
Bank Guarantee for suppliers

Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting of Finance
At Least 1-2 years of experiences working with Financial shared services center is advantage
Strong communication & problem solving skills
Good command in English both written & spoken
Experience in using Movex is an advantage
Strong Microsoft office skills
