Yiting there the chalet cannot conf

Yiting there the chalet cannot confirm will get which chalet na. She ballot for 2 chalet, got 1 chalet no room, it is only a open concept unit with open bed (it's like a hotel room style) and 1 other chalet is a bungalow type got 2 or 3 room. She is saying if unlucky, she get the "hotel style" chalet, we can't let u have the chalet. But if she able to get the bungalow type chalet, u are welcome to come stay with us na. Sorry na :(
