The documents you send over to be approved DPRK-P1A-BPAC-RFA-MA-STR-001 date 3rd of June 2016, in unfortunately I cannot approve it since it is only a "Mill Certificate", the certificate that issue by manufacturer, what BPAC need to approve is the result of the materials samples sent to test that is according to our specification or not. I will insist you to request for the result of on-site re-bar samples before BPAC can whether to approve or reject the re-bar on site.
Please request Potonggang again for the test result with Engineer's signature to authenticate the result.
