In this study, careful attention was directed toward collecting good quality data by sampling a large, relatively diverse population, establishing the reliability and validity of measures used. Nonetheless, several limitations exist which provide opportunities for future researchers. First, the overall results saw inconsistencies between teacher attitudes, student attitudes, and student performance. More extensive qualitative data in the form of focus groups and/or interviews might shed further light one why these discrepancies exist and what role learning objects have to play.
