Currently, bioethanol can be produced form lignocellulosic material. Cellulosic biomass is the large quantities are available in many countries [1]. and the primary sources of lignocellulosic biomass include woody feedstock, agricultural waste, perennial grass and municipal solid waste (MSW) [2]. The mainly content of lignocellulose is cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Cellulose is a linear polymer that is composed of D-glucose subunits [3] and this was used as substrate for bioethanol fermentation.
