Parents or carers should be further advised about
possible complications that may occur, like swelling,
increased mobility, or sinus tracts. Children may not
complain about pain; however, infection may be present,
and parents or carers should watch for signs such
as swelling of the gums; if present they should bring
the children in for treatment.
