Please MAKE SURE that we do not have the duplicated bookings (I am worried about this because we also booked through the website of the PMAC conference. Please double check you do not have the two Mr. Yamayas and two Fumis).

Also, we use separate credit card (personal card), so I wrote both cards’ information in the acknowledgement sheet.
Please make sure each person is reserved under his /her name’s card.
